We’re currently looking for a Visual Designer to join our UI team in one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company.

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

• Create visual design concepts to explore user interfaces and products to ensure a successful user experience
• Design product interfaces (control panel) and digital solutions around the product (software, mobile, and desktop applications)
  
• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including software, mobile and desktop applications, etc.
• Work in the creation and development of Design Systems.
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and design quality expectations
• Ability to manage ambiguity, and work autonomously in an agile environment.
• Teamwork with business stakeholders (Customer Experience Leads, Ux designers, Interaction Designers, and Developers). Receptive to constructive criticism and able to internalize and make design revisions based on feedback from design leaders and design colleagues.
• Work in responsive design, accessible design, and motion design

-What are we looking for?-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates in the design field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in visual design within digital environments (desktop and mobile apps, software solutions)
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• In-depth understanding of Design Systems to contribute to their further development and maintenance.
• Fluent/bilingual level of English is key to performing this role
• Previous experience in html or css is a plus to working with the development team
