Born and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 90 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX / UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives).

We’re currently looking for UX Designer, to join our team and to work on a pan-european project with several hospitals and have the opportunity to improve the lives of many stroke patients.

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:


  • Plan, coordinate and execute quantitative and qualitative research.

  • Extract insights from users and stakeholders when making research and workshops to form UX design strategies.

  • Continuously articulate hospitals + design + patients perspectives in the discovery, envision and materialization phases.

  • Plan, do and report product testing with users.

  • Apply user centered frameworks (personas, customer journeys, service design blueprints, storyboards, etc…).

  • Formalize UX design concepts and requirements

  • Work with UI designers to ensure smooth collaboration during the product design & development process.

  • Manage directly planning, working and reporting with a large group of stakeholders of all levels.


Requirements

-What are we looking for?-


  • +5 years of experience in UX Design research

  • +2 years minimum of experience in hospital

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Expert in doing qualitative and quantitative research, customer journeys, workflows and UX requirements.

  • Mandatory previous experience in digital design (desktop and mobile apps, software solutions)

  • Empathetic nature, great listener!

  • Ability to lead by influence, not through authority.

  • Very good at aligning expectations with stakeholders.

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Very good in team/collaborative work
