Born and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 120 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX / UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives).

We work with all-size clients from across multiple industries, collaborating in innovation and establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design.

We contribute to their digitalization, by conceptualizing and prototyping new, human centered products and services around technological capabilities.

We’re currently looking for a Cx Digital Solutions Lead with solid experience in digital products to join our team in one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company.


-What will your day-to-day be like?-

You will:

  • Plan, lead, and executed user research (both qualitative and quantitative)

  • Analyse and translate research insights or findings into actionable requirements

  • Gather and define requirements in collaboration with the product team

  • Actively contribute to the product roadmap

  • Co-create mock-ups, prototypes, and wireframes

  • Work together with a cross-functional team & stakeholders

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure E2E consistency

-What are we looking for?-

  • +2 years of experience in Design activities for digital products

  • Relevant experience regarding stakeholder management.

  • Experience in planning, doing, and reporting digital projects.

  • Ability to collaborate closely & influence design leaders across geographies to drive innovation and deliver a consistent user experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

  • A proactive and self-managed professional with a clear to-do attitude.
