About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Cx Digital Ecosystem Lead for one of our multinational clients’ customer experience design team.

You will be the Experience design lead for software design solutions.

As a Cx designer you will be the advocate of the users and craft experience design strategies and solutions based on deep user research.

You will collaborate with teams across all fields to blend user experience concepts with business, marketing and technology requirements.

You will create quick prototypes to showcase design ideas in order to engage and reach buy with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for defining the end to end user experiences and validating design concepts. You will involve UI and Industrial designers during each phase of the design and development phases until its final details.

As a Cx designer you will become the focal point of the design team. You will understand key customers’ needs and transform them into meaningful experience design solutions. Your research-based insights will allow you to identify the right priorities and drive efficiently the development of the solution.

About you

Keys to success for this role are solid skills in human centred design, good understanding of business models, and intrapreneurial soft skills.

  • You have up-to-date knowledge of design thinking and other human centred innovation processes, obtained during a master’s studies in this field, or otherwise.
  • You have already delivered several projects that include the design of user-centred value propositions for established businesses, start-ups, or other organisations. In a user experience team, as consultant, or in serious university-industry collaborative projects.
  • You are an emphatic and inspiring professional who engages people of all types and levels. Ideally you work in sprints, you achieve goals and pivot when needed, showing a high level of agility. You know how to present in boardrooms, point out business benefits, and generate traction within organisations.
  • You are strong in leadership, ownership, self-management, presentation and teamwork skills.
  • Your ability to reach agreement with multiple stakeholder makes you stand out and gain a trusted position in the organisation.

We offer

At Nacar we believe in long-term relationships. Therefore, we offer a permanent work-agreement (contrato indefinido), a salary in function of your educational background and experience, and a yearly job performance appraisal.

Currently we work Covid-save, from home. Voluntarily you can work one or two days a week at Nacar Studio, which is open with limited capacity.

  • Master's degree in Design Management, Industrial Design, Service Design Executive, so on.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital products or services design development.
  • Solid understanding of design system.
  • Knows how to balance user experience priorities with those related to business.
  • Experience and desire to solve sophisticated product and solution design problems
  • Hands on experience with Customers Centred Design Approach: ethnographic studies, concept testing, creation of personas and scenarios-based design concepts, define and run usability test, conduct competitive benchmarking, and make task analysis, among the others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive engagement and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Comfortable working in Design Sprints, using corporate tools and preferably skills in Adobe Illustrator.
  • You stand firmly in the shoes and are flexible at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining clear line of sight of the strategic intent.
  • English is no problem for you in executive environments, Spanish or Catalan is a strong plus
  • Experience in highly specialised and complex environments.
  • Highly appreciated: Work experience in corporate environment.
